Friends at Experience is a social and exclusive dining experience for friends, families and couples who want to share a memorable evening together. Located at the idyllic Bjerkem Kulturgård, just outside Steinkjer, guests are welcomed into an intimate and atmospheric restaurant set within a beautifully converted barn, where historic character meets contemporary elegance.
This is about more than just food – it is about creating lasting memories together.
The experience unfolds over the course of an evening, as guests gather around the table to enjoy a carefully curated tasting menu featuring up to 16 courses. Each dish is prepared using locally sourced ingredients from Trøndelag, many of them personally selected by the head chef, and presented with stories, knowledge and genuine passion.
With a limited number of seats, the atmosphere is warm, personal and social, creating the perfect setting for meaningful conversations and shared experiences. The evening often begins in the bar before guests embark on a culinary journey where flavour, texture and seasonality take centre stage.
